What to include

Corrections: the page URL and what you believe is wrong. Formula and math errors get fixed fastest — if you can show your working, even better.

Calculator requests: describe the decision you're trying to make, not just the tool. "Should I pay points on my mortgage" is more buildable than "points calculator."

Everything else: feedback on clarity is genuinely useful. If a worked example confused you, it's confusing other people too.

What we can't help with

Personal financial or medical advice. We can fix an error in a formula; we can't tell you whether you should refinance — that takes a professional who can see your full situation, and pretending otherwise by email would be a disservice.
